Privacy Policy

What we collect

Incubet is designed to work with as little personal data as possible. We collect:

• Wallet addresses. Your public blockchain address is recorded when you connect, list a startup, or make a prediction. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous — we do not link them to your legal identity.
• Listing content. If you list a startup, everything you submit (name, video links, logo, description, social links) is public by design — that's the point of listing.
• Transaction data. Predictions are recorded on a public blockchain. Blockchain data is public, permanent, and outside our control once written.
• Basic technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and abuse prevention, retained briefly.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't run third-party advertising or ad trackers.
• We don't collect names, emails, or government IDs to browse or predict.
• We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase. No legitimate site will ever ask for them.

Wallet providers

Connecting a wallet happens through your chosen wallet software and its own infrastructure. Your wallet provider's privacy policy governs what it collects — read it.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly functional cookies (for example, keeping an admin signed in). No cross-site tracking cookies.

Public by design

Prediction markets are public. Assume that anything you list and any prediction you make can be seen by anyone, forever. Don't submit content you wouldn't want public.

Data removal

Want a listing taken down before its market has activity? Contact us and we'll handle it. Data already written to a blockchain cannot be altered or deleted by us or anyone else.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
